Annual General Meeting 2021
26 November 2021 11:18

In this years AGM we looked at the impact that the covid-19 pandemic has had on local communities and how we adapted to meet the new demands that arose throughout it.

  • We discussed giving advice to 11,332 people, with 21,970 issues, and generating £3,078,364 for our clients.
  • We recognised how the flexibility and support of our funders allowed us to continue delivering our service throughout the pandemic, and how the Covid Crisis Support Fund allowed us to put more resources into this.
  • We also reflected on how none of this would have been possible without the tireless work of our staff and our advisors, who took on new roles and embraced new ways of working, all to provide extra support to those in need.
