Your organisation will have need to have made referrals to us before. If you do not have an approved email address, please email Charlie on so we can add you to our database.

This system replaces our previous referral form and means that all client data will go straight on to our database. You can now also upload documents.

This form is not for emergency referrals including clients currently without food and/or fuel. In those cases please ask the client to call 0808 278 7969 or for energy issues 01243 974063. Referrals will be processed within 2 working days.
