You can get advice from the Citizens Advice Arun & Chichester including online, by phone and in person local to you.

In person

Citizens Advice Arun & Chichester offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice from three advice centres and seven outreach services across West Sussex. All of our advice centres are disabled-accessible.

By Telephone

The Adviceline telephone number is 0344 477 1171 (Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm).

If you are calling from a mobile you can use our mobile Adviceline number 03003 300 650, which is charged at a cheaper rate. Please contact your service provider for more information about the charge of the call.

By email

If you live in the Arun and Chichester area*, you can use our email advice form to get help on a wide range of issues. The information that you send will be kept as part of a confidential record of your enquiry and we will use the details to decide how best to help you.

*We cover the Arun, Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton areas. If you live in the Adur and Worthing areas, your nearest bureau is the Citizens Advice Central and South Sussex.

Get advice online

Adviceguide is the Citizens Advice self-help website. It includes detailed advice on many different subjects, including benefits, employment, housing and tax. The information is available in a number of different languages, including British Sign Language.
