This service consists of a home visit to discuss insulation, energy, damp and mould issues. Our team can provide small measures to help reduce energy costs and improve housing conditions.

Energy performance certificates (EPCs)

Our team can book EPCs for homeowners across West Sussex.

An EPC measures a property's energy efficiency, rating it from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).

It includes details on insulation, heating systems, windows and other factors affecting energy consumption along with estimated energy costs over three years and recommendations for improving efficiency.

If you’re selling or renting a property in the UK, and EPC is legally required.
