Energy Advice Service 2021
04 January 2021 10:38
As of Monday, January 4, 2021, Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice will launch a brand new Energy Service aimed at tackling fuel poverty, an issue that affects so many individuals and families across the whole of West Sussex.
This brand-new service, provided by a dedicated team of Qualified Home Energy Advisers will be working with the West Sussex Fuel Poverty Co-ordinator Emma Pagett, to deliver ‘Tackling Fuel Poverty, Together’: a project, funded by The Energy Redress Scheme.
From helping vulnerable individuals and families who may be struggling with their energy bills payments, empowering residents to taking action; such as switching supplier, signing up for new grants and schemes to providing individuals with the knowledge and advice they need to make their homes more energy-efficient, we could even be assisting with home improvements and repairs using grants, such as the Green Homes Grant.
