Job description:

Interviewing clients over the phone or online, providing appropriate advice and information, exploring options and implications to help clients set priorities and make decisions. This service is targeted at those facing fuel poverty and particularly those deemed "extremely clinically vulnerable".

Role purpose:

Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice are pleased to have received funding from The Energy Redress Scheme to tackle fuel poverty in Sussex. To help support the local economy, applications from within West Sussex will be prioritised. We have other advisory roles available so please include in your application whether you would like to be considered for those (must live locally and have a driving licence and vehicle).
