Over the next six months, Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice are taking part in a national community outreach project for the Big Energy Saving Network (BESN), which helps consumers to take action to reduce their energy bills and improve their homes' energy efficiency. Due to the pandemic, Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice will be delivering most of our projects online and across all our social media channels.
We are offering free online presentations on energy saving advice, which would take the form of a short talk with a Q&A session afterward. We can give a general talk on the following subject areas:
If you were interested in some of our specialist topics, we also could deliver a more in-depth advice session on areas such as grants, how to read an energy bill, handy tips and tricks for cutting costs, simple central heating checks, and renewable energy schemes. These would take around 15 minutes, again with plenty of time for Q&As. We'll also be able to provide personalised energy advice sessions with a Citizens Advice adviser to take place separately.
If you have an existing online group, we would love to be able to join you and deliver our presentation at a time that is convenient for you.
If not, we can send you a meeting request to join our own online Zoom meeting at a prearranged time.
We look forward to hearing from you if this is something that you feel you would be interested in.
If you have any further questions about our project or about how you could get involved, please don't hesitate to get in contact:
