Video Appointment Request

In order to access an appointment, you will need:

  • a device with internet connection - this could be your smart phone, tablet or laptop
  • a microphone - most devices have one built in
  • a camera - you can choose to turn your camera off but you'll still be able to see us

We use "Attend Anywhere" for our online appointments. Don't worry if you haven't used it before - we'll send you the instructions of how to join before your appointment and you won't need to download an app or software.

If you would like to request an appointment with the Relay UK service, please also complete this form. These appointments will be with our adviser using a phone and the client using the Relay UK number or the app.
